Domestic Shopping
We use Royal Mail (Special Delivery) and DHL Express as our delivery couriers which are both next day services. Delivery to the UK is 1 working day and is fully tracked and insured. We provide full tracking information via email. 

International/EU Shipping

DHL Express Worldwide

DHL Express Worldwide Delivery takes 1-3 working days. 

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Exceptions: Items marked with extended shipping times in description may require 7–14 business days before dispatch.

Import Taxes/Customs Duties

Items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may be subject to import taxes and customs duties on the import of items. Please ensure to check the rates for your country as this is your responsibility. Payment is collected by the shipping carrier at delivery, we have no control or involvement with this.
